The shock test bench is used to measure and determine the impact resistance of products or packaging. It can perform conventional shock tests with waveforms such as half-sine, trapezoidal, and post-peak sawtooth waves to simulate the shock waves and impact energy experienced by products in real environments, thereby helping to systematically improve or optimize product packaging structures.
The vertical shock test bench is a shock testing system based on Windows operating system, featuring a user-friendly control interface. Operators only need to input test parameters simply, and the system will control the equipment operation according to the configured parameters to accurately complete shock tests.
Equipped with anti-secondary impact braking device: When the shock platform falls freely onto the shock waveform pad and rebounds, the hydraulic braking piston activates to stop the platform, preventing secondary impacts.
Features high-efficiency platform vibration damping device: For large shock test benches, the instantaneous impact force during testing is enormous. The high-efficiency vibration damping device significantly reduces ground impact, eliminating the need for special foundations and making installation very convenient.
Digital setting of impact height: The shock platform automatically rises to the set height with high control accuracy and excellent repeatability of impact data.
The configured shock measurement system can display impact measurement data and waveforms in real time.
Can be equipped with high-acceleration generation device: For small specimens requiring high-acceleration impact tests, the high-acceleration generation device can be fixed on the platform of the shock test bench. According to the principle of impact kinetic energy transfer, higher impact acceleration than vertical shock bench can be achieved. For specimens smaller than 200×200mm, the impact test specifications are: peak impact acceleration up to 5000-50000m/s², with acceleration duration of 0.2-1ms.
