I. Product Purpose
This machine is used for bottom gas ignition combustion testing of batteries: to detect whether the battery explodes during standard combustion time; completely burns; and whether battery components or the battery itself penetrate the aluminum mesh.
II. Equipment Structure
1. Control System: Mitsubishi PLC + Weintek touch screen control
2. Combustion System: Gas cylinder (provided by customer) connects to the equipment's right side gas inlet. Through control components and gas pipes, it connects to the Bunsen burner. Above the Bunsen burner is installed a high-voltage package ignition needle, which generates sparks through high-voltage discharge to ignite the gas emitted from the Bunsen burner.
3. Auxiliary Features: Explosion-proof viewing window with lighting; smoke exhaust; pressure relief explosion-proof; door limit protection; emergency stop function; mobile/fixed configuration.
