I. Product Purpose

To test battery safety performance by conducting impact tests from specified heights with a hammer weight, verifying compliance with standard requirements.

II. Equipment Structure

1: Control System: Mitsubishi PLC + Weintek touch screen control

2: Impact System: The transmission shaft of the reduction motor connects to a displacement sensor and sprocket. The sprocket rotation drives the impact hammer assembly connected to the chain, controlling impact height. The electromagnet in the assembly releases the hammer for battery impact testing.

3: Safety Anti-drop Pin: Guide rods on both sides of the impact hammer have safety pin holes. After lifting the hammer, safety pins can be inserted to prevent accidental drops during battery installation. Remove pins before testing.

4: Auxiliary Features: Explosion-proof viewing window with lighting; smoke exhaust; pressure relief explosion-proof; door limit protection; emergency stop; mobile/fixed configuration.
